Why
Malfooz is a digital product: paying delivers a licence key and the app runs on your machine straight away. We cannot take back what you already hold, so sales are final.
Try before you buy
Download the app for free and run it up to the licence screen: you can see the interface, the patterns and the requirements first. The FAQ lists what your computer needs before you spend anything.
If something is broken
If the app does not work on your machine because of a fault on our side, write to us and we fix it or refund you. That is a promise to make it right, not a general refund policy.
Payment
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and their terms govern the payment itself. Payment disputes go to them directly.
