Malfooz

Terms of Use

Last updated 8 September 2026

One page: what you buy, what you own, and what we do not promise.

What you buy

A personal licence to use Malfooz on one computer. You pay once, and that includes later versions at no extra cost.

The licence is yours. Do not resell, publish or share it. One key runs on one machine at a time; move it by deactivating in Settings on the old computer and entering the key on the new one.

Who sells it

Purchases go through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for this product. Your invoice and payment record sit with them, and their terms cover the payment itself.

What we do not promise

Transcription accuracy varies with voice, dialect, microphone and noise. We promise no particular accuracy, and Malfooz should not be used where a wrong word puts anyone at risk.

The software is provided as is. Our liability in any case is limited to what you paid.

Ending a licence

A key is revoked if it is used against these terms, or if the payment is reversed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
